quote: Given limited Sprint deployment and promotion, I had almost forgotten that the service still existed. Sprint stopped offering the SBBD to new customers back in 2001 during a rough patch, then started taking new subscribers again in 2005.

| The service was pretty cool; but the marketing and sales group blew the bankroll. Not to mention Sprint did not put the necessary R&D $ into the project. One outstanding group was the contract employee group that did the installs and service. I think their name was Sat-Tel or something. Wonder if they are still around? | |
