It was available in Wichita Kansas, serviced off of a very high tower just north of downtown. When Cox did the switch from Road Runner here, it saw a lot of additional subscribers.

I had it back in 2001-2004, the service wasn't bad.
5-6mbit down and around 80-100kbps up.
they had an uncapped news server too.
