Basic government services first please

In my opinion as a San Francisco homeowner/taxpayer, the City needs to take care of basic government duties. Such as reducing crime (all time high homicide rate), reducing the homeless disaster, fixing public transit, increasing pedestrian safety, repaving the broken streets, and cleaning up our neglected parks and playgrounds.

Our taxes provide the city with a $6 billion+ a year budget. For this price, we expect but don't receive basic city government services. At this time, focussing on citywide Wi-Fi strikes me as a poor allocation of my tax dollars.
