Well, just got off the phone with a SBBD tech person, and he said the market I am in, the letters notifying customers the service is going offline will be mailed out May30, with the service being shut down August 31, 2008. He said they are letting everyone out of their contract with no early termination fees, but they are offering a Sprint EVDO wireless card to those customers.

So, the search is on for a new internet provider for me anyway!
