Occasionally I have to delete e-maill from the Cogeco server (using a program that will let me do so )or I will get e-mails several times, with my e-mails remaining on the cogeco server. I am using Win Vista's Windows Mail. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for a reply. |

St Catharines, ON | I don't know much about that antivirus package, but most packages work like a proxy between your mail client and the mail server, and could be causing you a problem... I'd try disabling the email antivirus support first. |

| Sounds reasonable enough to me. It has only happened twice, and in the last few weeks. I was wondering if it was either the AV, or a software update for the mail program. Thanks for the advice.  |
