Interesting...

We use Netflix and download movies sometimes. It works well on my Latitude D820. It would be even nicer using this set-top box.

Great idea.

it's a great idea that will go nowhere. The available movies on their download service is ridiculous. And that is giving it credit.

It has possibilities...but not with the current selection.

We use Netflix more for my daughter, and they have a decent title selection for kids so far. When she is home sick and I am working downloading the movies can come in handy.

I did the 30-day trial and the quality is pretty good. But they must have new DVD releases available, and many many of them.

What bitrate is the content encoded at?
i'd think pirated content still beats anything legal in encode rates.
