Exactly what I was thinking...i have Tivo and Netflix, now if I could download my netflix to Tivo (current movies, not just the current downloadable ones), would save netflix a ton of postage, and I'd be hooked!  I would totally pay a premium for that type of service! | |

Word at the time was that that NetFlix was having trouble getting the appropriate licensing from the studios. Now they seem to have sorted that out, but TiVo has moved on to support Amazon Unbox. | |

I've downloaded a few unbox movies, but rarely...why pay 4 bucks a pop, when I can get it free (sunk cost, already paying) on netflix in a day or two. | |
