| how about some selection? First, you need some better choices for what's available online to even make this idea halfway worthwhile.
Second, I don't care. Laptop works fine to pipe video to TV. Guess having a special box makes the people who like DRM happier.
If that's the case, I agree with other posts here - why not partner with Tivo and the cable companies to deliver a "Netflix Channel" with literally ANYTHING on demand???
Maybe someday there will be such a thing, but I won't hold my breath.
Rhapsody is close for music, even with constantly changing selection - movies online should have a similar deal. One should be able to pick out darn near anything and play it. |
