I received a letter in the mail from them explaining how this will "increase my online experience!". HA! What a crock of shit!

They offered an Opt Out from the NebuAD on Charter's website, all it does is store a cookie for you but if you ever clean your cookies out you have to do the opt out again... :uhh:
