I've had Sprint Broad Band Direct since Feb 2001. Only a very few times it was not up and running well. It slowed down during rush hours here in Phoenix. I'm not sure why but during the day and later in the evening it was very fast.
Now I've got to find another ISP.
I'm thinking about Cox and Qwest. Does anyone have any tips or clues about which would be a better provider?
I'd really appreciate any advice I can get. I've got till 7/31 to make a switch then I'm off line.
