| I've been with att (formerly cingular) since mid 2005, and i have to say right now, after hearing umpteen complaints from friends who have verizon, virgin mobile etc i am thoroughly glad i chose to go with att. They are very understanding to my needs and my payment habits, and are willing to spend time on the phone and at the retail locations to do things the competitors don't do or aren't trained for. That said, in my area i never have less than 3 bars outside, and when i'm on train to nyc and in nyc always 4-5 bars. Consistently good service is worth it. I have the 450/5000 plan with unlimited mobile to mobile in network messages + 200 out of network pr month, and remember i also have rollover minutes, which now total over 4000, even though my monthly paid ration for weekdaytime is 450. I have enough minutes to talk for 3 days solid and still not be over. No one who has verizon etc can say that. Expensive? Compared to what?
