I have 2 hard drives and my storage drive just dissapeared. It is being reconized by the bios and device manager but i cant access or see it in my computer. suggestions? |

join:2006-04-14 Conyers, GA | Yes, have you checked disk management? It's possible that it 'died' in a way that it lost its formatting. If it doesn't contain information that it has a 'drive letter' it won't show up in 'My Computer', but should in Disk Management. |

| reply to Cutaia Usually , if it shows up in disk management then you can double click on the drive letter and it will open unless it is corrupted. I have the same problem. I also have the same problem with removable media. I can access them through disk management as long as they show up there, unless there is a problem with the disk or USB stick.
