1 edit | If you're #3... If you're #3 out of the big three, you have to give the customer MORE then your competition for their dollar; otherwise there's no incentive for new customers to subscribe to your service (or for your present customers to stay). Being "just as good" just isn't good enough!
By this (truly DUMB) policy, Sprint just made the decision that being at the bottom is good enough for them....because by doing this, that's where they are going to stay!
Finally, why bother offering Sprint EVERYTHING when it isn't everything any more? |
