kudos:2 | Too big.. You know the saying "too big for their own kind"? Well it applies to Comcast. Comcast is simply way too big for their own kind. They use 3-4 different (and sometimes complicated) billing systems. Many of the company policies are not passed down to agents, and that is why customers will get different answers when they call.
They have a very complicated backend system that needs massive reworks.
