I wonder if Apple &/OR AT&T will start a discounted upgrade program. It has been a year from the original iPhone and this is just about the time Apple tries to get all the faithful to spend a few hundred more on upgrades, like they do with iPods over and over again.
Apple Executive:

"If you were really one of the 'faithful', you would just keep and tolerate the one you bought before, or be willing to buy a new one at the full price to show your support."
