OTOH, they have not dropped their triple-secret download/upload caps and capital punishment for offenders. The only reason that Comcast will permit users to access the potential of docsis 3 is for their own content. I wonder what Comcast is going to do with NetFlix $100 streaming video system if one has the temerity to actually use the NetFlix stream at it's potential? Q
