I complained and got a discount because I wasn't getting the advertised speed. Just like you I was also told it's only a matter of time before we finally get the 10/1 line. What I don't understand it how at one point I actually was getting 10/1 for about 2 months and then all of a sudden went back down. lordpuffer Comfortably Numb Premium join:2004-09-19 Rio Rancho, NM kudos:1	Check so see that you do not have the older modem.....The older modem will not give you the good speeds, even during the upgrade.
