There's my line test. I'm pretty sure 99% loss isn't good. This is on Bellsouth Xtreme--other speedtests though the same slow results and webpages and downloads reiterate that fact.
When I try to check the ATT Southest Network status, it times out on me.
Help? Is this on my end or theirs? |

| It's difficult to be absolutely sure, but it looks like a congestion problem just upstream of you. Congested routers typically ignore pings, because they're too busy trying to process their internal queues, although there can be other reasons such as a failing router. It may be time to contact AT&T.
