[Line Problem] Los Angeles Outage

Got home and my DSL and Earthlink home phone line are out. Anyone else?
Here are my dsl readings from the modem so my sync is ok.

down up

speed 7996 1023
margin 20 13
power 12 23
attenuation 26 13

Out at my NID its the same. Called Earthlink tech support said its an outage.
