| New to U-verse -- Is this normal?
I just had my install about four days ago and I really like Uverse so far but I have a couple of irritations that bother me.
Channel changes seem really fast when I hit the channel up/down button but when I go to the guide and select a new channel the picture freezes for about five seconds and then the picture kicks in. A couple of time when doing this after the picture un-freezes, I lose the audio and have to hold the power button on the stb to reset to get the sound back.
Just wondering if this is normal or do I need to call AT&T to get this fixed? |

Austin, TX | It doesn't sound normal to me. I mean, there is a 2 second delay or so after changing the channel for the sound and picture to come in and sync for me, but I'm used it to by now. I don't have to reset stb's or anything. Do you have coax or Cat5? |
