When I open the package it was a 7x9 or so inch envelope it lock like in the shipping it was the very first thing they put in for delivery of who know how many pound was place on top of this little foam envelope the magic never had a magic it was crush so bad that the electronics, chips and all circuitry was flat beyond recognition, I took some pictures and went back to the post office for some kind of insurance and the said that yes in did it was their fault it got crush but they needed to contact the as-hole is Canada that never bother to answer the phone or call back anyone. After 70 or so days I finally was able to make contact with a person from Canada and I explain everything and he said to send it back after submitted the pictures I took and the letter the post office gave me.
Another 30 days go by and I have on answer, some were in all my confusion and frustration I mark the package send back to sender but it was never send out I finally track it down with post office and said I had to pay $30.00 to send it back! I already spend $10.00 the first try. An other 30 days go by! so I call Paypal and the said it was too late for me to dispute the charges I only had 60 days from time of purchase. When Paypal send an email to them I got answers... and I only ask to send the two I had pay for in a box not the stupid fome envelope but they refused so no magicjack or money.
I had send a letter on a complain on fraud to my Paypal account and bank account to magicjack.ca and the replayed by saying that they will send the money back? then they play the game of money exchange, out of 130 they got from me they only refunded 106.00 true Paypal and the Paypal charge me a fee for the transfer.
anon : Hi guys , Well as you all should be aware they make there money on shipping not the product , Just like as seen on TV products the product is free or for only $1.99 and all you pay is the shipping well this is there fee which by laws they can charge you as they wish . This is how they really make thee money. AS for G.S.T they cannot charge you G.S.T without providing you with there G.S.T # But after all said and done I had one sent to me and this is pretty good, I own my own telecom company in Canada and I added a Canada # to it and this is perfect. Oh I also went online and registered majicjack.ca in case they ever want to to business in Canada they would have to talk to me 1st . But if you know anyone that needs a Canadian # attached to it let me know we can do this.

anon : After receiving my magicjack in the mail and seeing that out of the $15 for shipping only $1.15 was actually used for shipping,I sent it back for a refund.Got the refund but no GST that was charged on the purchase. After much investigating, turns out that this guy is charging YOU GST and doesn't even have a business liscense. So if you add $13.85 and 5.90, smells like a real ripoff to me.I am sure revenue canada might think so too.
