100 megabits minus penalty.

Comcast wanted to do 100 megabits but they moved up docsis 3.0 deployment ahead of schedule in Florida and must incur a penalty. Florida will only seat upto 50 Megabits down / and upto 5 megabits up.

- Sign of the times (expect more, get less)
