Sure, they aren't forcing you to use their store.  They're just throttling you and others from using OTHER services.<br> </div>Download your videos over HTTP, Rapidshare for example, and it won't be throttled, end of story.]]></description>

This prevents competitors from delivering users to Sympatico customers. Bell also throttles the connections of wholesalers that buy aggregation services from Bell, so in effect, all DSL subscribers in Ontario/Quebec can use Bell's services, or nobody else.<br><br>That's a tad anti-competitive, doncha think? Walmart doesn't MAKE you shop there, they just drive everybody else out of business so that you don't have a choice. Same thing here, except worse; it's like Walmart is boarding up the doors on other peoples' stores to stop them from accepting customers.]]></description>
