Who the heck is running that place.

It seems like they got a bunch of idiots running bell.

Didn't dawn on them what this would do and if it did just who have they paid off so they don't have to worry about it?

Either the crtc is in bell pocket or these guys are seriously stipid.

bingo ... I would call them corporate bureaucrats worrying more about their pensions than having an original idea or vision.
