They must have an older box. Pester them to give you a newer one if you have to get one. Mine changes channels and navigates the program guide almost instantly. My friend got one of the older ones and his still has that annoying delay. My box is tiny, too, like 1/3-1/2 the size of the older ones. The only glitch I used to have was with On Demand giving me an error message occasionally, but I haven't had that in ages.
