Okay, Router Mavens...

Click for full size
...I finally caved and bought a wired router yesterday (I needed to split off my Vonage adapter due to connection problems). My question to you folks is: what should be the correct security settings for this thing? I'm not hosting anything, nor do I play those online games like WOW, etc. My online usage consists of internet surfing, email, some P2P downloading. The above images reflect its default state. Should I just leave it that way? A port scan currently shows everything as stealthed, but with the computer pingable.

Thanks in advance.

Note: I'm currently running PC Tools FW Plus, NOD32, SAS, BOClean, WinPatrol, SpywareBlaster.

Oh, and I've already changed the ID and PW on the router.

Looking at your Advanced Settings definitely enable DoS protection. You can play around with the flood settings, I think it may be one of those things where you'll have to enable all 3 of them and see if it causes any adverse results if it doesn't leave them on, its a good thing to have. The ping settings on the bottom are really your preference if you want to remain stealth on the Internet then enable WAN protection, if not leave it as is.

Which router is this may I ask?

Also enable the firewall you'll probably end up having to port forward your p2p stuff but it should work trouble free for you.
