Mine too, two different servers. Argh. My sympathies for what must be a big problem but not only are mine and client sites down, but I can't get email either...which is probably a somewhat good thing since it's surely packed with client complaints that their sites are down.
Thanks for the direct helpdesk link. I put in a ticket just in case it helps speed up the process.

A bunch of us are in the IRC chat room #surpass trying to figure it out. According to my logs they went down right before 8:00am EST. From what I can see they are totally down, atleast VPS's and Dedicated's .

Hello,
We are continuing to work on the power issue in our data center. All NOC staff is on site at this time. Domains and servers should should be coming up shortly yet there is intermittent accessibility on segments of the network still at this time. We will be releasing a detailed report from the noc soon.
