That is an actionable enterprise that could and should get class action status and sued into the underworld of its utter stupidity.
If i am paying for 200GB a month and they sell then where is my piece of the action.
If YOU have a 5 megabit, unlimited use account with TSI or a CAIP member that is about a upper limit of 1 terabyte, if you cannot attain what you pay for due to the actions of a business venture then you can sue these people for stealing your money. It is fraud in the least.
