| According to Sprint Corporate, This is a False Rumor I just spent 30 minutes on the phone with Sprint Corporate customer retention (the very last person you talk to when canceling your account) and the woman I spoke with had just (yesterday) been made aware of this internet rumor. It has gotten the attention of Sprint corporate and these customer service reps are currently being briefed in their training classes that this rumor is 100% false and that Sprint has no current plans to cap their EVDO service at 5GB. She told me that their will be a corporate broadcast on the 12th or the 15th of June and letters will be sent out to all Sprint stores and sales affiliates stating that this rumor is false and that Sprint has no plans to make any changes to their Unlimited Service. I find all of this highly suspicious but from as close to the horses mouth and I could get, this is just a rumor gone wild. | |
