i went to sign up Sprint Mobile Broadband saturday.the sales person told me that there is going to be a 5GB limit for everyone.i ask him what is going to happen if you go past 5GB he does not know.he told me that if i sign up today i would only have Sprint Mobile Broadband unlimited for like 3 weeks.then it go to 5 GB limit .the sales person is post to get more info next week from Sprint. |

I signed up for Sprint MBB in the middle of May. I found out about the 5gb cap a week or two later. I cancelled and returned my card on the 30th day. They tried to talk me out of it stating the cap was for roaming ONLY. I wasn't confident enough to take their word for it considering that I would lose the money I spent on the card if I went on any further.
I think I will wait to see how this all pans out before I reconsider. |

Data Usage Limitation (Mobile Broadband Cards, USB Modems, Imbedded Modems and Phone-As-Modem): The amount of data transmitted over our network is measured in kilobytes (KB), megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB). Sprint reserves the right to limit throughput speeds or amount of data transferred; and to deny, terminate, modify, disconnect or suspend service if usage either exceeds (a.) 5GB/month in total or (b.) 300MB/month while off-network roaming. 1024 KB equal 1 MB. 1024 MB equal 1 GB.

Union, NJ | I got my bill yesterday. It says "unlimited megabytes". I didn't see anything else hinting about the caps.
