I'm looking to buy a combination DSL Modem/wireless router for use with a Verizon provided static IP line. The Versa Technology model VX-170WR is a 4-port wireless ADSL Modem that appears to be just what I require. It's an all-in-one solution and setup appears straightforward.
Of special interest to me is a built in provision for isolating 'guests' on the WiFi from wired ports. I became aware of several devices that do this from help I recently received from the networking forum.
They also sell a model VX-AP200 Dual Network router that works with an external internet modem.
Does anyone have experience with these devices?
