I's been a while since I've been to Ottawa, but there is a terminus right at South Keys and it is very quick to get Downtown from there. Also *lot* of parking both at the terminus or the mall. | |

I find that one fills up early, and the shopping mall is a bit more strict about commuter's cars parked in their lot. If it is full, there's nowhere to go from there but downtown and pay dearly for parking. Also, just to get there from any major highway is a nightmare!
