I also have the HN70003 and am experiencing outage from 8 a>M> until 8 P.M. i have called hughes several times and i get bangeledesh and can hardly understand them but they have been no help. It is dark now so i can use my broadband. They are going to send a tech out at a cost to me of $125.00 I told them that it was not my problem that it was their problem but that is like talking to a rub board.
