I wouldn't say the tj615 was the worst modem, but my upload was about half of what it should have been. Other than that it was pretty stable. It lasted a good 2 years, before rogers discontinued it about a month ago. Now I'm using the scientific atlanta and I"m able to reach my advertised upload speed! (express)

The Terajets certainly had their issues ... and usually had compatibility issues when the CMTS units were upgraded. That was why Rogers stopped distributing them shortly after getting them. There was a major upgrade and all the people with TeraJet modems were essentially offline for over a week as Terayon worked out the firmware glitch that caused them to cycle on and off line.
