| [CS] CS:S Question
It's been a while since I last played Source. I just built a new gaming machine with Vista Ultimate64. The question is, the copy of Source that I have is the one that was included with Half-Life 2. It says Windows 2000/XP. Will I be able to install that version on Vista64 and go online and play? What about updates? There are probably a gazillion updates. Would I just be better off laying down $20 for a new copy? Thanks in advance. -- "It's a nice day if you wake up in Disneyland" |

| A new copy won't provide with all of the current updates anyway. There's no doubt there will be at least a couple of updates, but most of the smaller updates will be rolled-up into a larger package. -- Games - GameTech - S.F.Bay - 新 |

Thanks in advance. if you have something in the box with a CD key your best route would be to install Steam first and enter your CD key through that...especially if you have reservations about a vista install...
