Since both are bad, that rules out a local signal problem in your house or neighborhood. Only common source for both of those is in the Ontario headend or upstream from there.<br><br>Nevermind about the modem upstream, it's totally unrelated to this particular issue.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1097056"><b>sandwidth</b></A> : Tryin' to watch Phil Mickelson today on CBS here in 91761 and channel 2 looks HORRIBLE!!!  I've checked all TV's in the house and they're all doing it, so it's definitely signal related, not just my main TV.<br><br>It's coming & going in & out (lines/waves, then few seconds later ok, then back to lines/waves)<br><br>Anybody else having a prob???   :huh:<br><br>P.S.  Main TV is also getting a horrible high-pitched whine thru the speakers when the signal gets really bad.<br><br>More info.....went out to the side of the house and played w/ splitters/grounds, etc.  Wife says no change.  Went out to the street & played w/ the 20C tap & no change.]]></description>
