I had this same thing happen to me yesterday. It looked like the 327w had been updated because the background in the modem settings was red and black.
Mine would reset then work for a minute or so then reset again, in a continous loop. I called Verizon and they said I needed a new modem. I did a little investigating and saw other people were having the same problem. I ended up downgrading the firmware to 4.3.2.3 and everything is working normally!!! |
