Re: Important information about unlimited plans

I don't think I should have one when it comes to Sprint. I try to be professional and respectful while still trying to get my point across but in the end all of that has given me was pretty much a "oh well screw you I don't care if your right we still won't fix it".

I am tired of being disrespected by being hanged up or being treated as if I didn't have a clue about "how hard" their job is. Must be nice sitting under the A/C stuffing your face with free muffins.

Also if I know my wife or mother where wrong and they where corrected or yelled at for saying something stupid, that's pretty much on them. I am sure my wife does not need her husband to come defend her in a knowledgeable argument. I am sure she is more than smart and capable of defending herself with her own words.

I have no sympathy for people who don't go that extra mile to at least make the job right, but if you want to sit on your ass giving me some lame excuse for a reason something was not fixed, you pretty much asked for it.

I pay more than enough to have at least one smart guy who knows how to do his job properly. Since sprint can't even do that, and their employee's can't be trusted without adding some extra crap in there to increase your bill, I am done being nice and civil.

Also don't try to impress me either as if you have a clue of what communication skills are, I think I worked to long in direct sales in general to be very well informed of what they are and how to effectively use them not just in sales but regular conversations as well.

Pretty much the only time I decide to post is pretty much because I am upset about something or trying to give information, so don't ever expect me to act "civil" when I do post.
No need for me to comment. The post speaks for itself.

I completely understand what you are saying, the problem is when that CSR decides to give you an attitude as if they know it all, yet are completely misinformed. You try to correct them in a polite manner but no, Mr or Ms I don't know jack shit, gets all defensive.

Respect? Ha, you need to earn that and Sprint has never shown any respect besides a few in the store which have always fixed my issues in a timely manner, that I actually made good friends with one and brought him lunch one day because I was in the area and told him I was stopping by.

Trust me I can be a really nice guy, but I have a really bad side that nobody ever likes to be on, not even myself but if I have to, I will.

Why bother posting at all Jack if you don't need to comment?

I am sure others can read it without the need for instruction.

I don't need to. Anyone reading your trashy posts with all the foul language can see that you are neither civil or were taught any manors and restraint. Perhaps you should take an English refresher course so you won't have to resort to gutter language to make your points. I for one and I'm sure many others here don't want to be subjected to street language. I think most of us are way above that childish trait.

"Anyone reading your trashy posts with all the foul language can see that you are neither civil or were taught any manors and restraint."

Actually I was well taught, but I don't feel I need to be civil or show any manors to anyone when they treat me just as such. What goes around comes around, and clearly Sprint has shown hardly any respect to a investor, to a long time customer coming from Nextel, nor have they made it any easier since the merger.

If I can't get through your thick skull in a professional manner, maybe in a more childish and offensive manner will actually perk your ears to pay more attention. Also, I have never spoken in street language, as a matter of fact that's actually quite one sided of you, since anyone who has been in the streets simply does not speak in any way or form as I have done.

It's called being pissed off, there isn't anything civil or well mannered about it. Also if you think most of this community is well above that childish trait you should of seen how bad it was last year in the front page.

OMG CAPS SUCKS CORPORATE AMERICA yatta yatta yatta. Clearly the maturity level of the thing's discussed and how they are discussed, are no more than rant fests from fanboy to fanboy, and are sometimes not even worth reading or participating. I am pretty much not doing anything different when I post comments like that, but it seems that no matter how professional and civil you are, people still find the tendency to show disrespect and shaft you over as you always being incorrect and wrong.

I came to this website in that matter, and clearly the ignorance from some of the user community has affected me to insult and act like a child from time to time.

Sometimes you can't always solve things in a professional and civil manner, and until you call someone a trash can, they won't take any action. Sure I get labeled as childish and immature, but in the end I get the issue that I had resolved and taken care of by someone who is in charge of them.

I am not paying to complain over the phone, I am paying to have someone troubleshoot my account. If calling one time in 6 months is so hard to serve a customer, then I am glad I sold all of my shares of S, because clearly what they say and actually do are completely different things.

Never again Jack.

in my mind just from a 2 going on 3rd year of having a NEXTEL phone... i love Nextel end of story and i really don't know why sprint took over the name of NASCAR, i loved Nascar Nextel Cup it just rang out properly.. and also why would they take over NEXTEL only to drag it and everyone else who has it down causeing millions to drop there service makes no sense!!!!.. just got a nextel/sprint tower installed just like about 4 mins from my house at the firehouse, there fore leading me to favor getting sprint data card just a few months ago..... being in long island, ny.... if we have a nasty noreaster, hurricane, etc cable could be out for days, weeks, or months..... DSL isnt' even out this far yet... and well basically that leaves me to sat, or cell modem... and well with the new tower, it has backup generators, which are fed of course by natural gas which unless something underground is broken is never going stop flowing.. meaning no matter how long power is out or w.e i have service/internet which i just tested sunday night when my area lost power for about 9 hours....

i also only got this cause its well:
we don't have cable tv at our house, and if u want internet u gotta pay more if you don't have cable...

i also just got a new weather station($1000) and like the data card for transmitting data to NWS,CWOP,wunderground,etc.. and if cable went out so would transmiting data....

either way u get the point this data card has been just the right thing for me...

capping doesn't make sense #1 and #2.. unless sprint knows they are going be going out of business/crashing.. this could be there last thrive or go bankrupt scheme....

I wouldn't expect them to stop running their commercials until the cap is actually in effect, this isn't really surprising.

I no longer have the service so I can't check it out, if you can post a picture of it for others to see that would be great though.

its funny, i looked at the usage meter, and i regulary am in the 30 billion range bytes wise...

currently as of june 14th, i have used:

Individual Usage for (631)***-**** New minutes begin June 21
Other Usage Included Used Remaining
Vision Data Unlimited 39270215 Unlimited

like i said earlier lol, with my weather station and uploading to the NWS, wunderground, CWOP, and a few other things, comes the higher usage of bandwith.. what sprint going tell me that lots of people use the tower by me? i live in a town thats barely has 1 million people and on top of that, its all older people.

And i just remembered something lol, the Southold Town Police, and Fire Departments around here all have nextel phones, and sprint data cards, only one can wonder what will happen next!!!!!

It's measured in KB, so that would be 39 GB.

1024 bytes equals 1 kilobyte ("KB"), and 1024 KB equals 1 megabyte ("MB") and 1024 MB equals 1 gigabyte ("GB")
