"Registering a site ID" is not something anyone can do - Site IDs are assigned after registration.

Normal re-running of registration-installer doesn't require a SAN and PIN, either, unless you reset the modem completely. Is that the case?

I'm guessing maybe the latter, and you may have to wait for it to download new firmware again.

For the URL, never use something that has to be resolved, since that can change. Always use 192.168.0.1 - You can tack on the /fs/advanced/advanced.html or you can click on the tiny icon.

Re-registered SAN and PIN and the tracker problem remains the same..
But know I can't access the advanced settings
