it would help to understand what your trying to to do and how your setup is now you cannot connect anothe rmodem to the 2wie nor can connect 2 modems to one telephone line.., but i agree with Koma3504 , purchase an ethernet router and connect it's wan port to one of the lan ports on the 2wire...
