 [netopia] Netopia 3347-02-1006 with Linksys RV042 VPN

I have the 3347 in bridge mode and have been connecting to the RV042 for several months. Now for some unknown reason I cannot connect to the RV042 unless I have someone go to the local area network, behind the RV042, log into the RV042 and manually re-enter the PPPoE password. The RV042 does not seem to accept the 7 character password. I think this because the password field shows 8 charachters. Can Bellsouth mis-configure the PPPoE password? Any help would be appreciated.

US		 I suspect you may be having an issue with your DSL line. Either surf back into the Netopia & check the line stats or call tech support & have them check the line for noise and possibly your provisioning...
