RIAA and diplomats

I wonder if they are getting a positive return on investment for their lobbying activities. US diplomats have to negotiate a lot of things in these treaties, right?

I wonder what concessions of US interests were made in exchange for the Russian side to pressure allofmp3.com? Because you usually don't get something for nothing in these agreements.
