| [Modem] Moto 2210-02-1006 - No lights on.
The subject pretty much sums it up. My wife used the modem yesterday morning, everything fine, when I came home all the lights were out and no one was at home (it wasn't working).
I hit reset, nothing. I unplugged, plugged back in, nothing. I changed outlets, nothing. Any ideas? |

| reply to Lightslinger You will need to call the Help Desk at 1-888-231-2375 and get them to send you another one under warranty.
The FastAccess DSL modems have a one year warranty from the date that they are shipped to the customer and since the AT&T Southeast model Motorola Netopia 2210-02-1006 has not even been out for a year you should have no problem with getting it replaced under warranty.
Like Graysonf said it might just be a defective power adapter.
