At least they want to try to do something, unlike the Conservatives who seem to want to allow the large carriers to treat their tariffed service wholesale customers the same as they treat retail customers: badly (or simply ignore them completely). That's not a stance for Net Neutrality, it's a stance for putting their head in the sand and pretending nothing is happening so they don't need to do anything about it.
