300MB & Altering an Agreement

My Parents are now retired and bought a motor home. They plan on driving around the U.S. and stopping at all of the RV Parks. Those Parks WiFi connections are a joke unless you're in the clubhouse. So, they bought the EVDO card a couple of months ago.

They plan on visiting our relatives through out the U.S. and using Skype for video calls back to our relatives here. A LOT of relatives do not have broadband. With a 300mb cap on roaming internet, we could probably talk for a few minutes. Heck, even 5GB wouldn't be that much in a months time.

When they received the service, they signed a two year contract. I still don't think a contract should be altered once all parties agree to the terms. In fact, it should be illegal.
