1. STFU
2. Move to a real affluent area where AT&T buries their equipment in vaults.
3. Move to a slummy neighborhood like mine where there is virtually zero chance of ever having advanced AT&T services.

Move to previous bellsouth area were you won't have to worry about vrads ever

I don't think it will be coming Cod. I think that now that the public and regulators have gotten to see what these monstrosities look like..the real public outcry is underway. Before..it was just something that was happening to other people or communities. Now..people are passing them by daily and speaking out.
IMO..what has happened in Ct. is just the start. Just like Ct was among the first to adopt the service..so too is it the first to realize what i've been complaining about since the beginning.
Folks are not going to stand by and have these things put on every street. And elected officials..who want to get elected again..aren't going to stand for it when the complaints come piling in.
I've said this service from the start was doomed..and today they have only 300+k customers. I said the vrads were a huge problem..and today they are a huge problem.
And I'll make my next prediction and say that this is only the start of the public outcry..and laws being passed.. to rip them down. Other states..cities and towns will be calling for the same thing.
AT&T really should change their plans and start a FTTH rollout instead. It really is the only alternative. -- The Coyote captured the RR! Roadrunner Rick is now Comcastic! |

 | Oh Christ on a cracker. You really don't know a single thing about telecommunications. Please, just sign up with Disney's forums and let the people who know what they're talking about talk in peace. |
