It may be dangerous, but it sure does look like fun once you get up there.
Of course the climb itself isn't fun :-P
And I can only imagine how bad it is in the winter with those cold gusts of wind.
It's certainly not everyone's cup of tea.
I would definitely do it given the opportunity... I just don't see how if they're following proper safety protocols and such, how so many are going down... It seems that safety hasn't been a priority in the tower industry as of late -- Any unauthorized copying or distribution of the opinion above constitutes stupidity and you should probably be punished
