Optimum Online is trying to collect example trace routes so that our engineers can work on this problem. If you are experiencing WOW latency/disconnects, please post your account information (mac address/acct #) and a full trace route, including source and destination, in the private OOL forum.

Thanks very much. The more information we can obtain, the faster a solution can be implemented.
