I haven't bought any major ATI cards for a while now, what brand should I get for a 3870 X2? Diamond? |

particular reason for 3870X2? 9800GTX performs better and as well in almost every game for cheaper. also big new generation cards from both companies in 3-4 weeks - ATI paper and hard launch mid-june, nvidia paper launch mid-june, hard launch early july. the new cards arent rehashes of existing cards and rumors have it that they should perform 25-50% faster than the best cards out now.
just sayin...3870x2 aint that great of a card compared to it's price and it may not be the best time to drop 350-400 for a mediocre GFX card.

Albany, Ga | If you are dead set on a 3870X2 you probably want to at least wait until the new ATI cards are released mid June. The price on the 3870X2 should drop quite a bit.

 I've had a few Visiontek cards and would buy again but I'm in the Nvidea camp lately,almost picked up a 3870X2 but got a evga 9800GX2 for the same price ,couldn't resist that  |
