| [Serious] Oldest Brother
Hi All,
Many of you know that my oldest brother needs a kidney transplant. He was told two years ago that it would happen within the next 18 to 24 months. It looks like it is going to happen later this summer, probably in August. We were not going to tell my parents but my mom overheard me talking to my middle brother just now. My middle brother will be his donor. This is going to be a very fun summer - NOT.

| We have a really neat sign in our kitchen that says "Live Well Laugh Often Love Much" It hangs over the eating area windows and it cannot be missed!

| Well, that it is a family member is a blessing in that the chances of the body accepting the kidney should be substantially greater.
Certainly, it will be a most stressful time, but what else can you do do but hang in there, and pray for the best?

| You are exactly right. I will just get my backup help a heads up and go from there.  I am sure we will have extended family come to help out. I am hoping that my parents will be finished with their treatment by then or at least at the end of it.
